FG Set to Pay Jobless Youth Monthly

Minister of State for Labor and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN), disclosed, the Federal Government has agreed to pay the sum of twenty thousand Naira (N20,000) monthly to unemployed youth residing within the country.

Festus said, the youth will be engage in clearing of drainage,sweeping markets,traffic control,road maintenance and cleaning of public infrastructures.

He further stressed, the aim of the programme is to mitigate unemployment in rural areas which would last  for short period of three (3) months.
